Bruno is the founder of MCSR and oversees all business operations. An accredited engineer in Computer Sciences with over a decade of industry experience, he leads the service and repairs team. Bruno is quick-witted, patient and perseverant - always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of customer service, no job is too big or too small. Bruno is no stranger to a hands-on approach; often answering customer enquiries, taking on repairs and even conducting site visits during peak times. Bruno is our lead engineer and Managing Director.

With a background in design and architecture, Iulia is a meticulous member of the marketing department. She leads our in-house creative team and is the talent behind our written and visual content, as well as the creative direction of our client design briefs. With a flair for public relations, Silvia works with the marketing department to deliver creative design, copywriting and marketing solutions to our client projects. Silvia also works closely with the IT solutions team, always considering ways to develop the business and improve our services.
